Keep Our Lollipop Patrol
We need your support!
Honeywell is fortunate to have two wonderful lollipop men, Fred and Raj, who keep our young children safe crossing Northcote and Webb’s Roads, help older children walk to school independently and are an important part of our local community!
Since Council funding for the service was stopped in 2013, it has been paid for by a combination of sponsorship from Savills estate agent and donations from Honeywell parents who have contributed a total of over £19,000 to save the service since 2013. Our current funds run out at the end of the summer term, so we need to ask Honeywell parents to dig deep once again to support the lollipop service.
Our fundraising target is to raise £9,000. This is a huge challenge, but together with Savills’ very generous continuing contribution, it would safeguard the service until July 2019.
