PTFA Reps Class Fund Raising Proposal
Each school year we look for each class to host a fund raising event for the PTFA. This can take place as a small or large event ranging from a clothes/craft/food sale to a film/drinks/St. Patrick’s night or fitness class...
Your fundraiser can be targeted to your class, the year, the Infant and/or the Junior School. It needs to be fully co-ordinated by your class so you’ll need plenty of volunteers to help and to follow the idea through right to the end including providing the PTFA with advertising text for the school and PTFA newsletters. When thinking through how your fundraiser will be run we would ask you to as mindful as possible of the environmental impact of the event, in line with the school and PTFA philosophy.
Please complete the Fund Raising form below and press Submit to send it to the PTFA Committee. It’s worth thinking through the following before you start to complete the form if relevant: what equipment you might need, how you will sell tickets etc..
Once the event has finished you will need to submit any funds or summary of online takings to the PTFA Treasurer.
